No air condition nothing good about it

The lady at the front desk pulls a fast one. The ad says no parking but when you get there, she will charge you 20 bucks a night for parking. Keep in mind, there’s free parking in every direction for blocks. When I pointed out the ad stating no parking after she tried to charge me for parking on the lot, she got extremely upset and didn’t even want to look stating “ I don’t care!” She didn’t even maintain professionalism when I checked out and was extremely nice to her, didn’t once raise my voice or swear when we were going through the discussion, she didn’t even say two words to me. The rooms themselves are extremely tiny and you can hear everything going on around you. The property is well kept, minus the front door handle swinging off the hinge, and the rooms are clean but it’s basic basic. I wouldn’t say avoid this place but take in what to expect if you do book here.

the place was ok - clean where it most needed to be but overall old and under some kind of renovation - there was a tv in the room but no channels or station to watch - mostly there for casting but i couldn’t figure out how to make it work / comnect!

They are in the middle of renovations, so it wasn't perfect, but overall the room served its purpose. Excellent location, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

The Commons Inn is in a great location, there isn’t a whole lot for amenities, the rooms aren’t very well lit, just one pot light by the door and a lamp by the beds, they were in the middle of renovations which contributed to the poor cleanliness but also the tub did have a film on it that we cleaned , it’s a fine spot to rest your head for the night in a good location but nothing glamorous, parking is difficult on the street and there is only a small parking lot out back that was $20 per night to park, also not the most organized, one of the cars parked beside me was blocked in by another person staying

It is undergoing renovations the bathroom is small it feels like a dorm room

Room was not clean, bathtub had mold build up and mildew. The door was broken and did not lock properly. No sound proofing, could hear people’s conversations in the room next to us like they were in the room with us. I would not recommend this property. The outlets worked occasionally but not consistent.

Room was clean. Older building that needs repairs. Lack of parking if you have a car.

Convenient location
