I liked the helpful staff but the parking you get charges for which is inconvient a hotel has a parking which you have to pay for almost 19.99 a night while a cross the street is $10 only, go figure

Staff were friendly, pool was a nice addition. Parking lot was close to the building (additional fee of $19 per night). Rooms have not been updated for some time, and have visible wear/tear. Weird marks on the walls, toilet takes a long time to flush. Overall a fine stay on a budget.
Our favourite part of the hotel is the location. Just 2 blocks to Clifton hill, and you can take a short cut across and it’s just 2 minutes walking. We have young kids; so this was so great to not have to find parking to visit the attractions. Walked down to the falls, and back up Clifton hill for the evening, and then a very quick walk back to the hotel.

Fantastique Traveling with my wife and two teenagers daughters... Very convenient location. All the fun and entertainment was so close! Easy to get in and out. Good parking lot. Friendly and professional staff. Nice and smooth check-in and check-out process. Our room was nice and clean with no bad odors. AC works fine. We decided to have breakfast somewhere else but, they do offer good options for breakfast at a very reasonable price. We would definitely stay in this hotel again in the future. No complaints. Excellent experience! Thanks!

Tous les planchers sont en tapis ce qui n'est pas idéal côté propreté. Il n'y a pas de stationnement pour mobilité réduite. Aucune eau filtrée seule l'eau du robinet. Il y a deux stationnement mais les gens de l'accueil vous laisse chercher et retourner à l'accueil s'ils n'en trouve pas afin d'être informée pour le 2e stationnement. Le coûte est très élevé et n'inclut ni le stationnement, ni le déjeuner.
