Our stay at this hotel was absolutely unforgettable, primarily because the window offered a breathtaking, unobstructed, and direct view of the magnificent Niagara Falls—truly the best vantage point in the city!

The room had an excellent view over the falls and overall it was a great experience. We’ll come back.

Great view of the fall

Arrived earlier and the hotel had no power. Returned 4 hours later and only had partial power with lines out the building. I was able to connect Expedia and cancel my stay before reaching the front of the line.

It was a perfect get away. Hotel was clean , staff where amazing, there where only 2 issues AC units don't know if they weren't working properly and elevator you have to wait for at least 5 to 10 minutes until one is avaliable other than that room was clean and the view was amazing.

Amazing view from our room. Lovely spa. But there was no place to hang a towel in the bathroom

Hotel had an amazing view of the falls (The best u can get in my opinion). Check in was swift and accomodated an early check as well which was great. However, the water in the washrooms were boiling hot which could not be resolved during the tenure of our stay. This was somewhat disappointing because we couldnt get a comfortable shower after using the hotel pool and with the hot temperatures outside, it was somewhat underwhelming (especially considering the amount we paid to stay here). Additionally, the wall separating our unit from the neighboring unit was very thin. We were woken up couple of times at night to the sound of our neighbors door slamming which almost sounded like our door. Brought these issues to the staff at checkout and the gentleman just passed it off awkwardly. Great stay in all minus these issues for future guests to be aware.

Hotel lost power for over 5 hours. Also there was no water for 4 hours. The staff did not communicate with the guests about the power outage.

Everything was good. Great views from our room. All staff encountered where very friendly and helpful. Room and beds very comfortable all clean.

After a late evening check-in, we had a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Being open till 11 AM for breakfast allowed us to have nice sleep. The view from the hotel window is amazing. very courteous staff, great place to stay.
