Arrêt de bateau-taxi directement devant, accès facile à Venise et à l'aéroport. Cadre calme à Murano, loin des foules. Proximité immédiate de la verrerie de Murano, des boutiques et des restaurants.

Staff was unclear regarding breakfast and very slow to bringing us coffee and coffee cups to the room. We were told they offered us 14$ breakfast per person for the whole weekend and at checkout were told it was actually per day. Additionally after using the coffee machine in the rooms they didn’t bring new cups the next day and we had to ask multiple times for new coffee and clean cups. Very slow on that end. Otherwise the hotel and our stay was very nice! Just a bit frustrating on the staff side but everyone was friendly.

The hotel was nice but in Murano there is nothing , only the glass factory. Too far from everything , the breakfast was nice in a beautiful setting and a reasonable price.

Séjour en famille avec enfants

Amazing hotel and located on the island of murano. The ferry takes you to main Venice in about 10-15 minutes and they come every 10 minutes so don’t let its location steer you away from this hotel. Loft style rooms were nice as well. I would avoid the breakfast though, it was nothing to rant about. Otherwise an amazing state and they have a free water taxi to the Venice airport.

Excellent friendly staff. Good breakfast. Did not like the over the bath shower. I have arthritis and getting into and then out of the bath to have a shower was difficult, even dangerous. There were no grab rails and the shampoo and conditioner were at the far end of the bath, totally wrong position. Also the bath plug was broken and needed to be replaced. Staff dealt with this very quickly and efficiently and were apologetic. In summary, excellent staff, poor room.

Room wasn’t the cleanest. The temperature setting throughout the night was very warm. Housekeeping didn’t do a thorough job. Lighting in the room and bathroom was very limited with several lights burned out.
