Séjour en famille avec enfants

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very clean, within walking distance of downtown cultural area, many restaurants and shopping. Great pool, awesome breakfast menu and the AC worked great!

The property was within a few blocks of the main square. The pool was large and refreshing. Parking was actually on site which in Mérida downtown is hard to find.

I didn't use the pool or breakfast services. The room was large but the AC would not go below mid 20s. It felt a little to ward during the night. Parking space was spacious good location.

We enjoyed the location of the property. The staff and service was excellent. We have kids and the room that was assigned to us was beside the elevator. The kids could not sleep because they were bothered by the noise of the elevator. We would recommend booking a Junior Suite and not a standard room.
