Good value. The room was all we needed for an overnight stay. Hot shower clean towels hot plate if needed and in easy walking distance to waterfront restaurants etc

Location can’t be beat, excellent for walking the CBD, shopping, eating and drinking. One lift out of the two was out of order, but they knew about it. Sheets, towels and body wash were awesome. Nice pillows and bed was ok. It is an aged complex, so some items were worn with wear and tear: carpet, sprinkler system rusty, basin had a crack, sliding door stiff to move, but this didn’t bother us. Room and bathroom were tiny, but not a show stopper for us. The price, cleanliness, location and staff made it enjoyable.

The hotel is on a steep hill, which may be a problem for some travellers. Room had fridge, kettle and microwave, breakfast cafe next door. Bus stops at bottom of hill, other eatery options nearby

En dessous de la moyenne Loud Party in the room opposite still going at 1am. As the hotel don’t employ security the staff (very helpful) did request they stop but in the event of refusal from the partygoers were powerless to do anything.

"I’m extremely disappointed with my stay from May 6th–9th; the Wi-Fi, TV, and Air Con were all broken, and despite complaining to three different staff members, nothing was fixed. To make matters worse, the reception staff didn't even offer an apology when I checked out early after only two days. The total lack of accountability and basic maintenance was completely unacceptable."

The room was extremely small but nice and clean. Handy location. Very rude and unhelpful man on the front desk who advised his name was "Brian", the other lady was nice enough. For the price, I would stay somewhere else.

The room was very small but we only needed a bed for the night so that was fine. It was clean and tidy with a small ensuite bathroom. The fan was enough to keep the two of us cool in autumn
