Fantastique

We had a one night stay before our next day cruise, this was a good choice. With no car, we needed a restaurant in walking distance, found a good place for dinner and a close by mall with a very modern food court. Both 5 minutes away. The staff also helped with a left behind piece of luggage which did make it to the cruise in time. A good stay, we do recommend it.

They gave me parking lot side door while my booking was mountain view. I asked front desk and he first insisted that that side is considered mountain view while there was nothing visible. The pool is so small and it is visible from everywhere. Breakfast is so poor. I would rather to go another hotel around instead of here.

Location is decent as it's near the airport and several Asian restaurants and a mall, however, you can hear the traffic and airplanes throughout the day and night. Abundance of rats in the bushes from nearby restaurants, dumpsters and adjacent bushy vacant land. Hotel quite outdated. No screens on the windows and windows very thin. AC unit incredibly loud. Faucet for tub constantly dripped. Hair was all over the bathroom tub and floor when we got there. Screws from the door lock/hinge were falling off. Swimming pool is a joke and very small and oddly shaped; everyone in the breakfast area and passing through to get to the elevator can see you. Fitness room is also very tiny. Breakfast is "meh" and eating area is very small and crowded. Staff were courteous and respectful. Laundry facilities were expensive compared to other hotels ($4 washer, $4 dryer). No microwave in rooms, only one located in breakfast area. Nice patio/roof on 5th floor which could use umbrella shade or two.

Stayed here for 1 night after a long haul flight , it was clean and had everything you would need. Also breakfast had a good variety, although my daughter is ceolic a f no option for her apsrt from fruit. Very close to the shops , would recommend

The sink drains slow so had to turn the faucet on low flow. The shower tub drains extremely slow. We had to turn off the water three times during the shower to wait for the water to disappear bc it got up to the ankles. I finally take matters into my own hands and unclogged the nasty hairs buildups from the drainage.

Sink overfills, broken. Bed was comfortable. The AC kept turning off. Soap wasn’t great. Staff was welcoming. Be prepared for noise from airplanes.
