The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The staff were very accommodating throughout our stay, and the bell staff were especially friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are nice and comfortable. My only criticisms are that the black carpeting in the hallways and rooms seems to attract and show dirt easily, and the shower did not drain properly, causing water to pool outside the shower area.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The great location and exceptional service more than made up for the minor issues.
