The first night of our stay the toilet backed up. I called the front desk, the clerk was not helpful and said he didn't know what to do. He eventually brought me a plastic plunger and told me I would have to do it myself because he didn't know how. He said no manager was on site and he couldn't call. He left me with an ineffective plunger and a bucket. I called back when that wouldn't work and he came with a different plunger and I told him he needed to do it or move our room. He plunged and got water everywhere and went to leave. I told him that we needed the toilet cleaned. He informed me he wasn't sure there were supplies to do that and proceeded to try to use the toilet brush to clean the seat. I told him that wasn't acceptable and he finally used some toilet paper to clean the toilet seat. We asked to speak to a manager next day and were told that person was on their way and they would let them know we needed to talk with them. Nobody contacted us. Then we went back later and wouldn't you know it, they just stepped into a meeting. We were never contacted about this and the office staff were flippant about the issues we presented. We also booked this through Expedia and were assured parking was included (part of why we chose this location). When we arrived, the person who checked us in laughed and said Expedia does that and charged us an additional $50. There was also trash under the edge of the bed in our room. Do not recommend.

Good location

The breakfast was exceptional with a variety of food. A few parts of the property was under construction or renovation. So I don’t have anything else to comment on it.

Our room was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. It's a great location for easy exploring of the Inner Harbour area.

The continental breakfast was delicious and the rooms were quiet and clean. The best part is the location! Right across the street from the Parliament Building - super walkable!

The bed was so uncomfortable ( was cheap material bed ) and the fridge was not that clean than we except it .

The property was really clean, and we really enjoyed our gigantic room. We had a nice time, and it was able to comfortably fit all of us. We really enjoyed the stay, and we would come back. The only thing that did take a little while to figure out was the coffee maker, as we had to fiddle around with it, but we eventually figured it out. We enjoyed every other part of the stay, and it seemed like that it was recently renovated where we stayed, as it felt super clean and nice. Breakfast was also great, as we enjoyed a yummy and big buffet before we started our day. They have everything there. Thanks for the great stay!

Clean room and super friendly staff. Unbeatable location.

The room was clean and roomy, newly renovated bathroom. The breakfast area was very comfortable and nicely decorated, the breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The staff no matter working at the reception or at the breakfast area were very friendly and caring. It was a very pleasant stay.
