What an absolute scam of a stay. And I say that knowing how bad Niagara Falls can be. Somehow my room charges were inflated above my nightly Expedia booking rate, they tax their room charge and resort fees (supposedly to pay for their dreadful facilities, most of which are under renovation and unavailable to me during my stay). The beds were fine, the only decent thing about our stay.
I knew they charged for parking, which is twice what it should be ($20/night) given the location. The combination of fees and charges took our two night cost from $260 up to $425 after the laundry list of fees and taxes. The place is tired. We won't be back....and Expedia refused to do anything about our dispute with the property.
Don't book here without knowing what to expect.
