Arrived at the hotel and while checking in, it was brought to my attention that we needed a credit card to pay a $200 security deposit, don’t have a credit card as I don’t want any debt! This was a huge issue. Offered to give $500 security deposit cash, refused, offered $1000 refused.
Had to spend over £100 on a call to transfer funds to my debit card which resulted in stupid fees and a crappy exchange rate. Ridiculous, not everyone has a credit card.
Finally checked in, room for 3 guests. 1 bed made up, sofa bed not made up, no sheets, no bedding and no pillows another trek to the reception.
1 sheet, and 1 pillow left! Not a great impression.
Told by manager that breakfast was at 6:30am up and ready for it and it’s 7 am, no good for us as we had to leave for our flight.

Pool was okay. Rescued a bug from it then got tangled up in a mighty amount of disgusting hair. Put me right off.
Not a pleasant experience for what was a very expensive stay.
