Fantastique Great location. Common areas are uniquely decorated for those that like to take pictures. Rooms are comfortable and my room had a heated bathroom floor! No elevator, but staff will carry bags to your room.

Super This cozy, little hotel offers clean, very tight rooms at a better price than other hotels in the neighborhood. The website reads that there is parking, but there is not. I will say the parking lot 4 blocks down the street is a good, safe lot for $55 per night.

Fantastique The staff was amazing. The employees have exemplary customer service. This hotel is well maintained and extremely clean.
The only drawback is that, because it is a historical landmark, it does not have an elevator. Other than that, I would still recommend this hotel. It is a five-minute walk from the Grand Stop Metro Station. It is centrally located in the heart of Chinatown.

Bien The hotel is beautiful and well decorated. The bathroom was exceptional with heated floors. The convenient walkable location and room size were very much appreciated. The stairs were a bit ridiculous when the ice machine on the floor did not work or the vending machines only accepted cash. The walls are thin. Felt there was false advertisement regarding restaurants on site (research hotel on Google). We received recommendations to venues near by but no discount or conveniences. Parking was costly so ensure it is added to the budget - hotel only provides a $5 discounts.

Bien The team that takes care of the rooms day to day were great. I liked my room on a corner and I had a nice view, best part of the stay. Unfortunately the person that checked us in said nothing - no welcome to NYC, did not explain anything about the hotel (ie - free coffee in the morning or the area). Just took my money. Did not explain what services you receive with the "hotel fee". Ice machine on 4th floor broken, no sign or telling where else to go. No elevator, maybe that's on me, I should have checked. Furniture on the bottom level dirty! The front access to the hotel - anyone can come in it was not working, not safe and again no explanation. The website reads like the stores and restaurants adjacent are part of a community, restaurant was empty....closed. Good location (short walk from the subway from JFK) but run down and in need of some TLC.
