A great stay. The room was noisy with lots of tragic from the bridge but the view was amazing and it never bothered me. The room was great and the staff were lovely.

I thought this hotel was in a great, safe location. All staff were friendly. Rooms were big, clean and beds were comfy. Plenty of storage space. Fast elevators and delicious continental breakfast. Powerful shower head.
So much to do in neighborhoods just minutes away and within walking distance - South Seaport, Chinatown, Little Italy, SoHo, and the LES. So close to the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge.
Major downside was the fish smell from the market. Even on the 6th floor, the smell was awful. The check-in area and hallways smelled bad. The smell was within the room.
Thin walls, but luckily the crew Nextdoor to us went to be the same time as us.

The staff here are fantastic. So helpful and kind! Free breakfast is a lovely bonus and the location is great. My room was very spacious, especially by new York city standards. I would stay here again.
