Hospitality was great. We had all-inclusive, and the food at this facility was top-notch. They had several restaurants that offered great dining options and beverages as well. The swimming pool as a delight. Will I visit this facility again? Definitely a YES.
Only drawback is the manner they try to sell you hotel packages without coming out straightforward. I feel like the proposition is good, but the marketing approach isn’t great.
My advice to travelers is, be assertive from the beginning of the conversation and let them know if you’re interested or not.
Asides from this, we had so much fun. Our room had great views of the pool and the ocean. Great value for money.
