Good

The room was clean. The staff was sweet and helpful. The food took a minute to get used to but once we did we looked forward to it. Breakfast was 0630-1000. The fruit was fresh and amazing everyday. Unfortunately the pool was being renovated so we didn’t experience it. Everything was close by. It was fun being right across the street from the Ben Thanh market. The WiFi was ok. Luckily we only needed it for ordering Grabs. The spa downstairs was so nice and convenient. Overall an amazing experience.

Good service

The room was not good. Lighting is terrible, can’t see anything. The shower shoots water outside the tub. Place could be better. However the staff were nice and very helpful. Except one guy that was filling in temporarily for the front desk was extremely rude. He needs to find another job.

The location is great for first time traveller. The room size is great compare to other hotels in the same area. The hotel is under remodeling so I have mismatched feeling about the room. The bathroom was ok but the water is everywhere when bath for the no window room. And the no window room is smelled really bad since there is no fresh air. The light control system is not complicated to control for window room(we booked 2 types of room). But the room itself is great. The sound proof is terrible. Everyone can hear what you are saying in the room There is a lot of space for the lobby but no use of it. Feel empty and waste(restaurant takes 1/3 of the space. Food is ok for the price. There is one key for each room so It’s very annoy to go out each time just to pick up things and come back Staff is ok. Helpful but don’t expect the welcome atmosphere like other new hotel. The score that expedia provides is correct for this hotel imo but to have a stay and explore the area, this hotel is good place for the price

Great location close to airport a markets. Short grab ride to walking street. Friendly staff would definitely stay again
