Great hotel, staff and breakfast! On a busy street so traffic and car parking can be a bit tricky. There are quiet back streets and alleys to exit on foot or by bike.

I like Kin hotel firstly due to its location. The street is near the center of D1 & clean.
When I arrive, the room is excelent and Felix is really helpful.

Hotel locates on a very busy street so it was inconvenient for transportation.
It was advertised as new hotel but there are some parts in the bathroom wasn’t completed or needed to be fixed.
Staffs were very helpful, great customer service.

Room was as described and shown in photos
Breakfast was plentiful and good quality
Hotel was very quiet at night despite being on a main road
Pool was very small but exactly as in photos and the hot tub was great
Just on the edge of district 1 and grab taxi to main square costs just over £1
