Great staff great management. Everything perfect

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding stay at LE Saigon Grand Hotel! The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Ho Chi Minh City. Excellent service, great amenities, and a wonderful overall experience. Highly recommended!

The property is nice and clean. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Despite the language barrier, they helped us out with everything and gave good suggestions.

It was just a stone's throw from the airport. Breakfast was included.

Great place to stay

Clean

This was our first stay in Vietnam and unfortunately for us it was an unfortunate start. The staff asked for a 10 dollar extra deposit for second room key. In our years of travelling we have never ever had to experience this ? Why do you need a deposit for a second key to a room housing two people ? Two people = two keys is logical in my eyes. Some of the issues were perhaps put of the hands for the staff, we needed scissors to open our luggage tags, and the staff really did not want to give us those as they are essentially weapons. Understandable. In the end both these can be written off as unusually cautious policy. But some other things were in their hands and required basic maintenance. The jet spray in the toilet was broken and flooded our bathroom in the middle of the night, without use !! The saving grace was that we were here only for one night. Absolutely do not recommend this place whatsoever.
