This hotel room was dirty, no sevice inside the room. No one came in during the day to clean or replace towels. Hotel was noisy at night with people yelling and people knocking on my door at 0230hrs. When speaking to staff, two of them wouldnt talk using the translator as I did not speak Vietnamese.

Don’t let the pictures fool you. This place is hot, muggy, and nasty, and it’s in a terrible location. The staff does not speak English, so communication was nearly impossible. The beds are rock hard, like sleeping on a slab of stone. We didn’t even stay the night. I checked out just a few hours after arriving and didn’t care about losing my money because the conditions were that bad. There were mosquitoes in the room because the window had been left open. The air conditioning was a small wall unit that barely cooled the room, making it extremely uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and not worth staying here.

Noisy, until mid morning, The bathroom wasn't very clean, I had no idea about the neighborhood and the room window looked to an inside vent area. Window looked at 4 walls. I wasn't confident that it was a safe environment. Others may have been fine with it.

Terrible security service. There was a stranger accessing my room when I was taking a shower. I said “get out” but he still said wanting to check fire warning system. What the heck was that!
