Bien 客室の清掃があまく、髪の毛が落ちている、前の人が使用したヘアゴムが落ちている等気になる点が多くありました。
また、客室で履くスリッパや、くし、化粧水等のアメニティが全くなく、プレミアムで価格が高い割にコスト削減が気になってしまいました。
バイキングの種類、料理は満足で牛タンが美味しかったです。

Charming hotel. Meals are served buffet style, with a large selection. Hotel has two sets of public baths to chose from; an indoor pair with dedicated separate male and female sides, and the much more extravagant outdoor baths with a view of the river with a smaller, enclosed bath and a larger open air bath area. Do keep in mind that the the larger bath is on a rotating schedule between genders, and the men's time is in the mornings (5-10am) and the women's time is in the evenings. The outdoor baths are beautiful, but this has a slightly more corporate/hotel vibe than a more traditional ryokan, but the prices are quite good. An indoor pool is available as well.

お部屋は十分な広さで、食事も大満足で贅沢に過ごせました。ただ常夜灯がなくて、照明の調整が出来なかった点や、寝具が布団一択で暑くて、夏掛けや毛布的な調整出来のが1枚あれば良かったと思いました。

・温泉の効能についてどこにも記載がありませんでした。効能があるのであれば、記載した方がよいと思いました。
・チェックインの時、とても時間が掛かります。チェックインで鍵を渡し、説明は最小限にした方がよいと思いました。
・朝食のコーヒーを飲もうとした時、”コーヒー”と表示していないので、コーヒーが出るのかお湯が出るのかわかららず、時間が掛かりました。”コーヒー”と表示した方がよいと思いました。
