Pros: the grounds were beautiful, comfy bed, AC. Cons: no services nearby, must take a taxi into town to get anywhere. Pricing of meals and activities not inclusive so you pay a lot at check out. There is nowhere else to eat so you have to eat there. The dinners were great, free breakfast was not too good and the same everyday. Activities were very limited. The best was Lake Sandoval, it was so beautiful. The manager was nice and helped me out a lot. Lots of wildlife on property. We saw a ton of birds and even some monkeys.

The lodge was superb, very helpful and friendly staff all round. They were very flexible with meals for our children (5 & 8 years). All staff I spoke to were really knowledgeable about the local plants and animals but special shout out to Yuri who led our multiple excursions. Only small suggestion for improvement would be to have a small selection of snacks available to purchase, chips, nuts, chocolate etc for between meals but otherwise the meals themselves were delicious. My complaint is with Expedia who severely messed up with their bait and switch advertising tactics, stating that this was an all inclusive listing and then later denying it and forcing us to pay the difference with the lodge. Expedias customer service experience was very poor and it is evident from their behaviour they couldn't care less about their customers. MY ADVICE, BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE LODGE AND DONT LET EXPEDIA STEAL A COMISSION FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Booked this resort, arrived to find no rooms available. Was moved to totally different less accommodating resort with sleeping open to jungle, no pool and no game drives.

We had a great stay. Yjuri was a great guide. The food was amazing and Christian was very helpful in organising and managing things for us. Perfect stay.

Gorgeous ecolodge with lovely gardens. Enjoyed the tours, staff and food.

Our tour guy, Yuri was amazing. The whole service and the staff were amazing. The reason for giving 4 stars but not 5 stars is that I went ahead with all inclusive package. However, when I arrived at the lodge, the drinks were not included. Not even one bottle of watter per meal. Drink prices afe somewhat high. Watter vottle 12 Soles, coke 30 Soles. It was quite a surprise. I also like to mention, if the pool was cleaner, I would sweep. Even the pump was off the whole time.

Half an hour a at from Puerto Maldonado by boat , the place is lovely, with river view and a feel of the jungle without venturing too far. We felt like we got a good insight into the area, with included excursions on the river and into the jungle. Our guide Yuri, who was with us throughout, was very knowledgeable and good. The food was great and they had several veg options . Well stocked bar too . The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a great stay.

We have loved the tours, the guides were amazing. We got to see Capybara, Caiman, Night Monkeys, Howling Monkeys, Capuchin Monkeys, tarantulas, & Giant River Otters The lunches and dinners are great, everything was delicious. Breakfast is terrible with a very small selection and hot food not hot, cold food not cold. Pool is lovely just needs more lounges. Staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the lodge so much we extended our stay an extra night.

24/7 electricity as well as WiFi which many other properties didn’t have. Close to the city but still in the jungle. Pool. Good excursions and tour guides. Dog on site who lives at the property. Good meals.

Beautiful location on the river, staff and guides were great, the ask inclusive feature was very convenient. A little bit difficult to get to but would recommend. Food was average but service and attentiveness made up for it.
