We stayed overnight at this accommodation arriving late. The property amenities were clean and staff were helpful when leaving.

Nice hotel! I arrived early hours of the morning from a sleeper bus and they were able to accommodate check in at this time. The room was comfortable, clean and finished to a high standard. I would stay here again.

The room was noisy, this included the cleaning teams shouting and crashing around at 6:45am.
We were told the pool was out of use when we arrived (no prior communication). We were sent to use a pool at a neighbouring hotel which was filthy and cold. The water was cloudy and the tiles had algal growth on them so needless to say we didnt bother. Clearly there isnt anyone staying around here at the moment.
Breakfast choice was limited and the coffee was the undrinkable super sweet local stuff that the western pallate (and teeth!) cannot handle. I watched a staff member smoking in the foyer and kitchen area, another get off his motorbike and immediately start touching the plates (helmet still on!) So hygiene is questionable. A third staff member tapped me on the shoulder and whisked my plate away within seconds of me finishing my plate. Good job i didnt want any more.
The room was ok, but let down by staff and facilities.
