BienSéjour en couple
Very small and compact inner city hotel. Rooms pretty cramped and really hard to get in and out of the bath to have a shower. Lighting was poor over the mirrors, but the AC worked well! Overall a little tired and dated, but ok.

What a wonderful find. Couldn’t be more central and so accessible. Place was clean and spotless and staff so helpful. Not sure I want others to know about it as it feels like my secret place to book now. Fantastic

This hotel is in an unbeatable location in Leicester Square, within walking distance to many restaurants, theater venues, and sightseeing places (and easy access to the Tube). The room was clean, comfortable and quiet; and the staff was friendly and really helpful with whatever we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Front desk was amazing! I have some mobility issues, and was assisted to the room, always asked upon daily arrival or exit if there was AMYTHING they could help with, and had our taxi to the airport ready 20 minutes before scheduled. 5 star in my book!

The staff was very friendly, and the bed was quite comfortable. We had plenty of space for the two of us. The AC unit allowed us to keep the room as warm and cool as we wanted it. The location is ideal and very sensual to do all things. Would stay again!

Fantastique The staff and location are what make this place so special. The staff worked hard to help me with theirs party issues and looked after me, one day running down the street to let me know my backpack was open. The staff and food next door were exceptional. This entire team was terrific. Will stay again

Exactly as expected - even the quirky bath in the wardrobe. Good coffee in the room, comfortable bed and clean.

Loved the front desk staff. So kind and so knowledgeable. Rooms were small but adequate for proximity to all the fun. I do wish there were outlets in the bathroom though. Great time. Will visit again
