The hotel was quite tucked away, but once we found it it was a perfect location for the Hyde Park BST.
Our room was quite small I felt as it was sold as a deluxe double. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work, however, the staff brought up a large free standing fan which helped.
Breakfast was good, all you can eat buffet in a very chilled setting. The staff were very good, helpful and courteous, especially the young lady who checked us in. Also a treat was left in my room for my Birthday which was a lovely touch. Overall a good stay had.

We booked the hotel to attend a gig at Hyde park so location wise it was great.
The kerb side appeal and entrance of the hotel along with an excellent reception and customer service gave a great first impression.
The room however was somewhat disappointing. We were in the bowels of the earth in a very small room, barely enough to walk around the bed, with a bathroom barely big enough to move around. The shower still had the hair of the last occupant, the shower door didn’t work well and the wood work was rotten
The natural light in the room was poor. General maintaining the room was poor- damaged head boots and rotten skirting boards for example
The bed was small but very comfortable There was a iron and fridge in the room although not sure how you could use a ironing board in the room as there wasn’t space near to a plug to set one up
There were nice touches like fruit and water in the room. Soundproofing to the upstairs rooms was very poor, I could tell what they were doing on the toilet and sounded like there was a marching band rehearsing
Breakfast was adequate
Whilst the staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you, the hotel really wasn’t value for money. Their room descriptors are not accurate. How this was a deluxe room I really do not know and at just under £300 per night, it really didn’t live up to expectations

A lovely hotel, with very friendly staff.
We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s special birthday and the staff decorated the room with balloons, rose petals and a beautiful cheesecake.
The bathroom is a little small and lacked storage but a small price to pay for such a brilliant location.
We will definitely stay here again.

En dessous de la moyenne Shocked that a four star hotel has a room without windows — room was like a shoebox with absolutely no sunlight — was quite unpleasant and i’m surprised the offer this given prices are ~$350 a night.
there is also a difference between the names of the room classes on this booking website and the hotel website

We had a really pleasant stay from start to finish. The room was lovely and very comfortable, with everything we needed to relax after a long day. The entire hotel was impressively clean, which made a big difference and added to the overall feeling of quality and care.
It was also very easy to find, which made arrival stress free, especially when traveling somewhere new. The location is fantastic, with great access to nearby attractions, transport, and places to eat, so getting around was simple and convenient.
Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future. A special thank you to those on the front desk!

The staff were all lovely, brilliant service and nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was great, plenty of choice.
Wifi was good all over the hotel.
This hotel look tired and could do with a revamp... lots of broken bits like floor tiles in our bathroom and a few light fittings. Lucky I had a double bed to myself because one side a spring had gone and there was a big dip! Needless to say I slept on the other side which was comfortable.
Overall this hotel is fine if you don't want or expect a 4 star stay.
