Super This is a standard business hotel in Osaka with a tiny room and a tiny price. The breakfast, served as a buffet in the restaurant on the 1st floor, is excellent and worth the price if you want a hearty breakfast. This hotel is in the less bustling side of the Shin-osaka Station, which can be accessed through Exit 4 of the subway, so it is a convenient place to stay in terms of taking the Shinkansen.

Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. Very convenient for the Shin-Osaka station but is a bit of a mission to find the first time. That’s probably more of an issue with the station labyrinth and the fact Google doesn't handle three dimensional directions on multiple levels and skywalks very well. Once found it’s about a 10 minute walk to the Shinkansen gates.

Staff was good. Room was clean. There was a smelling of cigarette in the room but it was better after I opening the window.

No shuttle and caught the train instead. The station was convenient for us to visiting areas we needed to go

Nice clean and comfortable room, only thing that was missing from it was USB sockets for charging devices (first world problems...). Staff were helpful and l was able to leave my bag prior to check-in and again leave it after checking out.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was good as well. The room was a little hot given the air conditioning is central and set to a constant tempretures.

A welcome, relaxing stay, thank you. Staff were kind and helpful. Hotel was heavily booked so we had to accept a smoking room, yet to their credit there was no odour. Couldn`t ask for better.
