We had a wonderful stay at Disney Hollywood Hotel. One of the highlights of staying at the hotel is the VIP lane access to Disneyland Park, which truly adds value to the overall experience. Beyond that, the hotel itself provides a full immersion into the magical world of Disney, making the stay extra special. The amenities were excellent, and we were very pleased with the room we stayed in. It was comfortable, well maintained, and worth the price. The overall level of comfort and ambiance made our visit even more enjoyable. There is some room for improvement when it comes to service, particularly with the staff assigned to recreation activities. A bit more patience and clearer explanations of the mechanics would enhance the guest experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

Our stay at this Disney hotel was fantastic. The atmosphere was warm and magical, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the room was comfortable and well maintained. Everything felt well organized, from check-in to park transportation. It truly added to our Disney experience, and we would definitely return.

Super perfect location ❤️ being in the middle of Lantau, HK, and Kowloon. Super easy to navigate and we even experienced the minivan otw to the MTR stations many times! Plus, it has an industrial view of HK SARAP, watching the cargo/container ships from the window. The housekeeping is also kind, they clean daily, and nothing went missing! And there's CCTV outside each room door.

it was a very good location if you are planning to stay only around near the airport. easy access to Disneyland, going to Macau and when going to and from Tung Chung. water is provided and unlimited, bus shuttle is always available within the schedule provided. one thing you need to prepare is your breakfast, no 7/11 near the hotel and the restaurant inside the hotel is very expensive.

From the Airport we took A32 and it was easy to find. From the bus stop we cross road and walk down ,behind Rambler Crest . Nice Room ,comfy bed. clean linens and towels , cr is cute and clean.we have a family room (2) separate ,one room is smell like old place, we were in 18th floor ,open veranda and the night view was good.Staffs are nice. easy check in and taxi going to airport just Infront of the hotel. Supermarket,711 and Cafe de Coral,Japan homes are just in Level 1. Very convenient..we only stay for a night (overlay stay)

Cutest hotel ever!!!! It was easy to find and bus stop is just in front :) It is also nicely situated in Panda Place so there were so many restaurant choices around. There are also parks around the vicinity and though walk to MTR is a bit long, it was not that exhausting because the weather was so nice. We got a really nice room wherein we have a connecting one for my parents. Beds were comfy, aircon was working well and I love that the room was so spacious we can leave our luggages open and can still walk around. We also have a living room which made it convenient for us to eat dinners. Coffee and tea were provided as well as some basic toiletries though we also brought our own just in case. Only thing that can be improved is the addition of a bidet in the Bathroom. Also, they let us leave our luggages before check in and after check out so we can still continue with our itinerary. Staff was nice and welcomed us when we arrived. Cleaning was every 2 days only.

Stayed here for one night during a long layover. The convenience of walking directly from the terminal to the hotel cannot be beaten. Rooms were spacious, quiet, and clean. Staff were very efficient and friendly.

Highly recommended! Location is super perfect, close to all. The staffs are friendly, the room is neat and clean, not to mention it was very spacious. So if you’re undecided and looking for a sign if you’re going to book at this Hotel? Then this is it! super worth it!

Proche du parc, le personnel était très serviable et amical, ce qui a rendu mon séjour agréable. C'était la première fois que je séjournais au Kingdom Club, et j'ai beaucoup apprécié que les boissons, les collations, le petit-déjeuner et le dîner soient gratuits au salon. J'ai particulièrement aimé les pâtisseries du matin, le congee et les dim sum, ainsi que l'ormeau, les petits pains à la crème anglaise et les desserts du soir. Il y avait aussi des salades et des fruits à chaque petit-déjeuner et dîner ; bien que le menu n'ait pas beaucoup changé, je pense que c'est acceptable pour un séjour de moins de 3 nuits. L'atmosphère distinguée de l'hôtel, la qualité des restaurants, des installations et des activités ont toutes contribué à un séjour merveilleux et satisfaisant. La rencontre avec les personnages en pyjama le soir a également été une expérience fantastique ! Le seul inconvénient a été l'absence de chauffage dans la climatisation de la chambre et l'air très sec, ce qui m'a malheureusement fait attraper un rhume… mais à part cela, mon séjour a été confortable et sans problème.
