Le rendez-vous était au Starbucks One E-Com Center. Le chauffeur nous a pris en charge à l'heure. Sur le chemin de Tagaytay, ma cousine s'est sentie mal dans la voiture et a vomi un peu, mais le chauffeur a été très gentil et a même nettoyé le désordre pour nous. Le voyage s'est très bien passé et nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avons sauté quelques endroits de l'itinéraire car après le déjeuner, nous étions tous épuisés et voulions juste nous reposer et rentrer à la maison. À part cela, tout s'est déroulé sans accroc. Bravo au chauffeur — je n'ai pas retenu son nom, mais il a été très aimable 👍

Planning to return as family. Place is nice, affordable, good location nearby to restaurant and accessible.

We love our stay but we requested transfer to Ridge 3 where all the amenities are located for an additional fee. You cannot choose the rooms for ridge 3 in any booking site, I was told you need to call to be able to book in Ridge 3. The food in La cresta is suprisingly good and cheap. Also bowling, ktv and billiards are not free and with additional fee, meaning we spent a lot to enjoy our stay. Hehe

We planned to spend our anniversary in Tagaytay and decided to stay here instead of going home. I booked through Klook and luckily had a voucher, so I got a discount. Our room and the place itself were so fragrant and clean! It was also incredibly peaceful; it almost felt rude to make noise, even just chatting in the hallway. 😅 You also get free use of the gym during your stay. If you're planning a trip to Tagaytay and don't want to go home, you should definitely stay here. You won't regret it.

Super endroit ! Tout est si agréable. Ils sont très arrangeants, surtout le personnel. Tant d'activités à faire qui sont incluses dans le prix de la réservation. Fortement recommandé si vous avez besoin d'un endroit où séjourner à Tagaytay.

We had a pleasant stay at Quest Hotel Tagaytay. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, allowing us to have a good sleep. The view from the balcony was nice. It was right next to Fora Mall and within walking distance of Ayala Serin. We were able to visit both malls and our kids enjoyed themselves. They were unable to swim because it was rainy when we checked in. We would love to come back again so they can enjoy the pool next time.

giving 5 stars because we had a wonderful stay. Rooms are well maintained, clean, aesthetic and they have new facilities. Saffs are helpful and accomodating too. We will definitely book this hotel again.

Kudos to the entire team! Thank you for helping me recover from a fraud/scam I experienced with a fake Prime Residences Cityland listing called "John D Staycation." also from Klook.. This hotel was my savior. The staff were understanding, responsive, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The Front Desk/Housekeeping did a really great job as well as the Security Guard. Close to all tourist spots. 💯
