Free parking at hotel. Breakfast is decent, but repetitive. Bathroom is huge. Private onsen is hard to book.

Room was clean and big with great views. Stayed during the summer. Did not have the chance to use the onsen.

Idéalement situé à Hakuba et à proximité des sentiers, The Happo est un hôtel où l'on a envie de revenir, pour son service chaleureux et amical, et sa laverie gratuite !

I checked in late that evening. Although I was delayed, the staff did not leave check-in instructions for me, and there were no directions at the front desk. Fortunately, two people were chatting outside the door, and I wasn't sure if they were staff members. After asking them, they helped me find my room.
