Swan Valley is such a beautiful place to slow down, enjoy the vineyard views, taste some good wine, and simply enjoy the moment.

Bien que la journée ait été chargée en visites et que je comprenne que chacun ait des préférences différentes, ne permettant pas toujours de s'attarder autant qu'on le souhaiterait, j'ai été globalement satisfait de l'itinéraire. Le service de navette de l'hôtel était très pratique, le déjeuner délicieux et l'emplacement excellent. Ce jour-là, nous avons rencontré la tempête la plus forte qu'ait connue le sud-ouest de l'Australie en cinq ans, et la voiture tanguait beaucoup sur l'autoroute. Heureusement, notre guide, Cindy, était très expérimentée et a réussi à mener à bien tout le programme !

I took a cruise, chatted with people, drank some wine, and then went to a winery where I listened intently to explanations and drank a lot of wine. It would be great for wine lovers, and I really enjoyed having plenty of time.

The tour started at Pier 3 at Barrack Square, where the pickup for the cruise was punctual and well organised. The cruise itself was a lovely way to begin the day, with interesting commentary along the way. We were welcomed with a delicious glass of champagne, followed by three glasses of wine, as well as onboard lunch. We arrived at Mandoon Jetty at around 12.45pm, where we joined the bus tour for the afternoon. Our first stop was Windy Creek Estate, and wow, there were a lot of wines to taste! I counted easily around 15 different glasses of wine if you were game enough to try every single one. Next was Garbin Estate Wines, where, haha, there were another 10 or so wines available for tasting. After all that wine, we headed to Swan Valley Brewery for some beer and chips, which was a nice change of pace. Our final stop was the nearby Whistler's Chocolate Company & Cafe. We got back on the bus and returned to the city at around 5pm.

We joined this local tour as a family of three and had a fantastic experience. The whole trip was very well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish. We visited the wildlife park and had the chance to feed the animals without needing to queue, which made the experience very relaxed and enjoyable. Lunch was fish and chips, which was nice, but we strongly recommend upgrading to the lobster as it was very fresh and definitely worth it. We also visited the desert, enjoyed an exciting off-road desert vehicle ride, and tried sandboarding. Everything was arranged very well, and the activities were fun and smooth. Overall, our family had a wonderful time. The tour was eye-opening, memorable, and gave us a great chance to experience the local scenery and activities. It was excellent value for money, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Mr. Dominic was a great tour guide and really enjoyed whole tour! The best tour ever!

Tim est venu nous chercher à l'embarcadère n° 4 de Barrack Square, ce qui était clairement indiqué et assez ponctuel. Le van était confortable. Il nous a également fourni des bouteilles d'eau. J'ai adoré le fait que Tim ait travaillé au Caversham Wildlife Park auparavant, ce qui a rendu tout le voyage à l'intérieur ponctuel et bien préparé (indice : un sac de granulés pour nourrir les kangourous et d'autres animaux). Nous avons déjeuné au Mandoon Estate où nous avons opté pour des plats végétariens. La nourriture était servie rapidement, chaude et délicieuse. Ensuite, nous avons continué notre voyage vers la Margaret River Chocolate Company – Tim nous a offert des chocolats pour une dégustation gratuite, et nous en avons acheté quelques-uns comme souvenirs. Plus tard, nous avons visité la plage de Scarborough, qui était incroyable car le temps était également très beau. Et nous avons terminé notre voyage à Kings Park, nous nous sommes promenés, avons pris quelques photos mémorables. Dans l'ensemble, ce type de visite de groupe est censé être un peu précipité, mais a rempli nos objectifs de la journée.
