was comfortable wasnt noisy as other places I stayed. bed was comfortable and slept soundly. they had some singers in lobby couple nights they sounded pretty good. convince stores like 711 and Lawson near by. up the road Wendy's and some other food. mall across street all within walking distance.

a little under 10min walk to festivalmall. has basement parking. near an atm and 7/11 (in the next building). pool and amenities access until 10pm. playroom and gym was on the smaller side but still ok. lap pool is just chest/neck deep, other pools were kid friendly. accessible showers at the pool area cr. clean and spacious rooms. you can ask the lobby to bring up your grabfood so you wouldnt need to go down. very accommodating staff (they did a short happy bday performance song with guitar/kajon in our room). our bathtub had a drain issue at first, but nothing their maintenance can fix at 11pm lol. free wifi with good speed and reception. only bummer was no available bacon for the breakfast buffet and short orders (thus we did not push thru in ordering - was not part of our booking). overall great experience. a property you should consider when staying in the south.

the place was neat and very organized. the staff are very accomodating and welcoming. will soon biok again

It turns out it really is great to book a hotel here in the Philippines via Klook because it's cheaper compared to booking directly with the hotel. There's also an option here for no breakfast, which helped us save money. We didn't avail of the breakfast because we were leaving early for two out of the three days. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are very kind. Highly recommended.

My family had a wonderful time. It was the perfect place for us to relax & decompress from work stress. Check-in & check-out were quick & smooth. The hotel has an efficient system in place so no unnecessary waiting or paperwork. The staff were professional, and we even got an early check-in at 2PM instead of 3PM. The room was clean, organised, & well-equipped with spacious cabinets, complete toiletries, & a mini kitchen with a microwave, sink, two-door ref, plates, utensils, & glasses, which made reheating takeaway food convenient. The smart TV was a nice bonus, with access to YouTube & Disney+ using our own account. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty but manageable. We also enjoyed the pool & its great view. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with complete & delicious options. My favorites were the waffles, salad, & taho. I only wish they offered plain rice in addition to garlic rice. All the staff were friendly & polite. Overall, we had a fun, comfortable stay & will definitely be back.

I love this hotel the staff is so accomodating... one of my favorite hotel in the South... highly recommended... kudos to all the staff most especially housekeeping... We had another great stay here! This was already our 2nd time staying at the hotel, and once again, we had a really good experience. The room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — there were plenty of good options and everything was delicious. Overall, we had a relaxing and pleasant stay. Definitely a place we would come back to again! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
