The hotel itself is a bit damp. You might feel a humid and stuffy sensation inside the rooms. The hotel staff were quite good; the front desk personnel I interacted with that day had some communication challenges. They couldn't communicate directly in English and had to use a translation device, but basic communication was not an issue.

On August 26th, we were unfortunately stranded due to a typhoon. Luckily, before we left, I had booked a one-day room with free cancellation on Klook, so I wasn't flustered when I canceled. We packed our bags and changed rooms during the typhoon night. The infinity pool was closed during the typhoon, but the unlimited beer and soda from 6 PM to 7 PM was still available, turning the 14th floor into an interesting lounge for stranded guests. Although it's a bit far from the station, there are almost all types of convenience stores nearby, and Jack Steak is right downstairs. The hotel parking lot costs 1800 NTD, but there are many flat parking lots nearby, so there's no need to worry if you're renting a car and driving.

The location is convenient, as the hotel is near the monorail station, about an 8-minute walk away! A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs approximately 1600 Japanese Yen, which is also a good value if you're traveling with multiple people. Kokusai Street is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, and there are many convenience stores nearby. It's also close to Bus Terminal 1, making it easy to take a bus to other destinations.

The location is excellent. It's right across the crosswalk from Anri Station. There's a 24-hour supermarket nearby, and the next street over is full of izakayas at night. Kokusai Street and Makishi Public Market are also within walking distance. Plus, if you opt out of towel changes, the hotel offers a free ice cream or drink. There's also a complimentary coffee machine and a washing machine on the first floor. It's fantastic!

We had a very satisfying stay. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool provided floats for children, and snacks and drinks were available all day in the lounge. It's also conveniently located near Kokusai Street, so finding a restaurant is never a problem.

Vraiment un hôtel 5 étoiles, même si le Japon n'a pas de système officiel de classement hôtelier. Il était idéalement situé près de Kokusai Dori, ce qui permet de faire beaucoup de shopping et d'aller dans les restaurants des environs. La chambre était incroyablement spacieuse aussi. J'aurais seulement souhaité qu'ils proposent des bières locales et des masques faciaux comme leurs concurrents.

Breakfast: The breakfast is quite unique, especially the DIY burgers on the first floor. There's a wide variety of breakfast options, all very good, though I feel the layout isn't well-designed. On the second day, I chose the breakfast on the top floor, which was quite tasty and more universally appealing. The double bed in the room is only slightly larger than a single bed, but for a city hotel, this amount of space is acceptable. The infinity pool is definitely a highlight; I personally recommend visiting the rooftop pool (additional charge). I suggest upgrading the hairdryer in the room, as the cover kept falling off while I was using it, indicating a product defect.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the MRT station and commercial district. The lobby design is elegant, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the view from the window was great. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, offering great value for money. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and will choose this hotel again next time!
