We stayed here with the kids and it is worth every bit of its 5-star rating. The direct indoor connection to Sunway Pyramid Mall and Sunway Lagoon theme park makes it incredibly convenient—no heavy walking in the heat with tired children. The absolute highlights were the new Waterventure outdoor kids' aqua play zone and the Wonderland Explorers kids' club, which kept the boys fully entertained. The breakfast buffet at Sunset Terrace is outstanding and even includes a dedicated kids' dining corner at eye-level.
Pro-tip: Book the Waterventure Terrace or Family Terrace rooms. They open up directly to the kids' pool and playground area, letting you skip the lobby elevators entirely when the kids want to jump straight into the water!
