Hôtels près de Parc d'attractions Universal Studios SingaporeTM

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were impressed by the property's appearance, cleanliness, and beautiful swimming pools, as well as the stunning sea view from our room; most importantly, the staff were friendly and efficient. I would like to specifically commend Ms. Aishwini for her extra effort and kind attitude. We were also amazed by her multilingual abilities, as she spoke both English and Mandarin fluently and is currently learning Japanese.

We had a wonderful family staycation at Hotel Ora! The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly, warm and helpful. We especially loved their body wash and hand wash, as well as the thoughtful children’s amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable for our little one. The hotel is also conveniently located close to many attractions, making it easy for the family to get around. Overall, a very comfortable and family-friendly staycation. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Beautiful, clean, and perfectly located in Sentosa. It doesn't get much better than this.

This trip is a sentimental one as I brought along my dad who is terminally ill. We insisted to bring him although he had a doc appt in the morning & he was all set for the trip too. With days or months counting as what the doctors said, all I wanted was for us to be on the same floor. Lynette & Winkki were amazing. They assisted with the check-in & upgraded us. It was hassle free for my dad to enjoy some peaceful time without much transitions from floor to floor. Both my parents were on wheelchair.I TRULY APPRECIATE WHAT THE HOTEL STAFFS DID.The room cleanliness is 5*. Equip with sufficient items. The bellman explained to us routes to get food nearby and offered the buggy ride. They were helpful and warmth. The service is sincere. The staff' day-to-day duties, made someone's day and stay so memorable. I pray that God will bless all the staff with health and wealth. Sentosa is huge! My dad wanted to explore every corner but I hope we can do that with him next time once he is healthier. 😔

amara was lovely and the reception even upgraded us to a villa after saying that the suite was full. the breakfast and dinner buffet spread was really good as well.

Nice and relaxing experience with spacious room! Birthday celebration- simple birthday deco with cute stingray towel. Friendly butler service! Love looking at the sea animals!
