Free shuttle bus to Disney was a nice touch and it was available several times each hour. That is to and from. We were a family of 4 and the room we stayed at had 4 beds and was very spacious. Would highly recommend. Hotel was also VERY clean and spacious and each floor had amenities like a Launderet, Microwave, Ice Machine, and water dispenser. Breakfast was great as well. Never got to use the pool though as there were traditional public pools separating male from female. All in all if you are going to Disney, I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

This hotel is great, it’s like a home away from home, kids enjoyed the bunk bed, easy commute to Disney and back, had activities within the hotel, will be back again!

Although the hotel shows its age, you can tell it is very well maintained. The rooms are clean and refreshing, and from my room I could just zone out while looking at Sagami Bay, which was super relaxing. I originally chose to stay here for the convenience of going to Disney, but it was so comfortable just sitting around spacing out that I almost didn't want to leave. There is a Disney store inside the hotel with the same prices as the ones in the park, and if you come back late at night, the café also has hot food available for purchase. Transportation is extremely convenient; just walk out the front door and you are at Maihama Station. Since you cannot enter Fantasy Springs when heading to DisneySea, you just take the monorail one more stop to the DisneySea entrance, and when leaving, you can plan to exit through Fantasy Springs—cross the street and you're right back at the hotel, which is great. If you don't want to cross the street to the station, you can also wait for the Disney shuttle. Airport limousine buses also stop right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient if you make good use of them.

Excellent Overall. Amazing view from the 19th floor. The Room was very clean and spacious. Fridge and Microwave in the room. Feet Massage machine was unexpected but nice after walking all day. Great amenities and services from the staff.

Après une journée entière à Disneyland, le massage des pieds est un véritable sauveur, tout simplement parfait. Le personnel est professionnel et aimable, et tout l'hôtel est un espace adapté aux familles. Les navettes vers Disneyland sont fréquentes, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour les familles qui souhaitent se rendre à Disneyland. Le hall du deuxième étage propose un bar à collations de bienvenue gratuit, offrant du café, du thé noir, des gaufres, des choux à la crème glacée, des biscuits, des guimauves, de la bière, etc. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très pratique, car il est relié à la station de métro, au centre commercial et aux supérettes. Personnellement, je suggérerais d'ajouter des équipements de blanchisserie/séchage communs pour que ce soit encore plus parfait.

Great location! It is located right next to JR Keiyo Line's Shin-Urayasu Station. You can walk all the way to the hotel via an overhead walkway without getting wet in the rain. Near the walkway, there is a Lawson convenience store where you can grab snacks and take them straight back to the hotel. Upon entering the hotel, you get a sense of vintage luxury—even the elevators have a classic style, and it feels like it has been recently renovated. It is an official Disney partner hotel. In the morning, the earliest hotel shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland departs at 07:05, taking about 15-20 minutes to reach Disneyland and DisneySea. The hotel room is very spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable, and there are several extra pillows in the wardrobe. The bathroom is also huge and comes with complimentary bath salts. A minor drawback is that the hair dryer is still the traditional kind that emits a slight burning smell; it would be nice if they upgraded that equipment. Otherwise, all the spaces are very large, and there is a picture window with a view of Shin-Urayasu Station. The front desk staff is also very friendly and will try their best to communicate with you in English! Hotel Location: Excellent. Cleanliness: Good. Although it has carpet, there is no musty smell. Transportation Convenience: Excellent, with AEON Mall and Mona shopping center nearby.

After researching different platforms, booking this hotel through Klook was the cheapest option! It offers a free shuttle bus to Disneyland, and for DisneySea, you can take the free shuttle bus to Bayside Station and then transfer to the resort monorail. The hotel has a convenience store, a Disney store, and even a microwave and ice machine, which is very convenient.
