Situé en plein centre de la zone commerçante d'Ao Nang, avec tous les magasins et restaurants, cet hôtel est super pratique. Dès la sortie de l'hôtel, vous êtes juste en face d'un 7-Eleven, d'un McDonald's, d'un Watson, etc. Il convient aux familles avec enfants car il dispose d'un centre pour enfants, de programmes et d'activités. Les adultes peuvent se détendre au bord de la piscine au rez-de-chaussée ou sur le toit. Un point spécial est le bar de la piscine avec des promotions à certaines heures (par exemple, un acheté, un offert). Des serviettes de piscine sont fournies juste à côté de la piscine. Il y a environ 4 bâtiments, et selon les chambres que vous avez réservées, certaines peuvent être plus éloignées du hall/de la salle de petit-déjeuner. Le bâtiment le plus proche serait celui des suites de 2 chambres (ce qui signifie une chambre lits jumeaux connectée à la pièce suivante qui est le « salon » et la chambre lit king-size/queen-size). Les installations sont très propres, neuves et bien entretenues. Le personnel est très sympathique.

The location is very convenient, with a night market right across the street. The hotel includes breakfast, which offers a wide variety of delicious options. This is a highly cost-effective hotel, about a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute motorbike ride from Ao Nang Beach. It's very easy to find places to eat nearby. The hotel's swimming pool is beautiful and the water quality is good.

We had an unforgettable vacation at Banyan Tree Krabi. Booking via Klook got us a great deal, and the check-in process at the resort was quick and welcoming. The resort grounds are stunning, nestled right on Tubkaek Beach. We absolutely loved our private pool suite—it was quiet, luxurious, and perfectly maintained. The food, the buggy service, the spa, and the incredibly attentive staff made this a 5-star experience in every way. Highly recommend using Klook for the booking and highly recommend Banyan Tree for a luxurious escape!

Le complexe hôtelier était absolument magnifique ! La chambre était charmante et spacieuse. Le petit-déjeuner était incroyable. Le personnel était si amical et serviable. Le massage n'était pas terrible, j'ai failli vomir... à part ça, Fabuleux !

L'ambiance est agréable, le personnel est charmant et chaleureux, de l'accueil aux femmes de ménage. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent.👍

Very nice and relaxing time at the resort. The service was great, staff was attentive and helpful. The view of Railay Beach was simply incredible! Best location! We also loved all the wildlife around the resort.
