I’m really glad I booked my hotel through Klook. The listing was completely accurate—the rooms were clean, the facilities were modern, and the location was extremely convenient, close to shops and the train station. The instant confirmation and smooth check-in process also saved me time and money. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and I highly recommend Klook for reliable hotel bookings. As for the hotel itself, we truly enjoyed our stay. It’s close to many amenities, and upon arrival we were welcomed with free-flow pancakes, drinks, and sweets. They even provide a room stocked with complimentary toiletries and offer free luggage storage for guests. They also offer a free shuttle to/from Disney which is very convenient. A great choice for travellers looking for a hotel near Disney. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The hotel is very near the airport and there is shuttle bus service between the two places. The arrangement is perfect for travellers who arrive late or need to take the flight in the early morning.

Hotel was clean, staff was nice. Bus stop at the airport is not easy to find as there are many stops so you have walk around or wait till bus comes to spot it.

It's a little far from the subway station, about a 15-minute walk, but the staff is super friendly, the facilities are very good, my room for 3 people was very spacious, and within the same building there is a Family Mart, and it's worth mentioning that the gentleman there was super friendly. From the moment I arrived, we reserved for them to take us to the airport the next day, and the next day they took us very punctually in a bus. I recommend it.

J'adore l'hôtel Hilton Tokyo Bay. C'est notre deuxième séjour là-bas. La première fois, c'était il y a environ 3 ans, mais jusqu'à présent, la qualité de leurs services et la propreté n'ont pas changé, c'est toujours le meilleur. J'adore la propreté des toilettes. J'ai même demandé une surprise d'anniversaire pour ma nièce et ils ont organisé un gâteau d'anniversaire avant notre arrivée à l'hôtel, ce qui nous a évité d'avoir à acheter un gâteau à l'extérieur. Nous avons également demandé un lit bébé lors de la réservation. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un 10/10.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour notre séjour à Disneyland et nous en avons été globalement satisfaits. Outre l'amabilité du personnel, l'accessibilité à Disneyland est excellente. Une navette gratuite est disponible toutes les 10 minutes et, en tant qu'hôtel avec "Happy Entry", il offre un bon rapport qualité-prix. Inutile de se précipiter dès l'aube avec les enfants pour l'ouverture, vous pouvez prendre votre petit-déjeuner tranquillement et arriver 15 minutes avant l'ouverture. Bien que l'hôtel soit un peu ancien, il est propre et bien entretenu, ce qui est appréciable. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur le jardin et le canapé pouvait être utilisé comme lit, ce qui nous a permis d'avoir chacun un lit spacieux. Nous avons passé deux nuits en ville et deux nuits ici, et je pense que c'est le choix idéal pour un séjour à Tokyo Disneyland.

Great location, staying near Narita airport, walking distance to JR Narita station and 2 minutes walk to Keisei Narita station, 2 AEON malls nearby and Lawson , rooms are not big but sufficient to meet daily needs, appreciate the hotel lobby drinks but breakfast wasn’t the nicest (can skip)

location was really near the airport but you have to travel 2 hours going to the main city. they have hotel shuttle bus going to JR Narita and Keisei Narita which is also a good service
