great value for money. the rooms are newly renovated and clean. very conveniently located in the mall so everything you need is just within the area. it’s also at a good location.

Our stay this time was exceptional. It was my bday and i resquested for a set up which they did. The room was so spacious and the bathroom is so clean. The staff are also friendly especiall the Guard! Will definitely stay again here when i come back to bcd ✈️

I booked thru Klook bec I had a voucher and the total amount became cheaper. The hotel is a little old but still very clean. The staff were all very friendly. the location is superb.

No elevators but the hotel staffs are always ready to assist you. You can check in late and leave your luggage with them after checking out so you can still go out and enjoy the city without carrying your bags with you. 10/10!

Very good location it’s just near SM Bacolod. The amenities are good, we were able to use the gym, and the breakfast has a lot of choices…

The staff is kind and will assist you with any need, and the hotel is conveniently located just one street from Lacson Street and close to most establishments. The hotel itself is spotless, and each floor has complimentary water refills. The only drawbacks I found were that there was no drainage in sink and toilet area, only in the shower area, and as we checked in, it was pouring outside, and we saw a water leak in the toilet light. But overall we had a great sleep and stay.
