Our stay this time was very satisfying. We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, and the front desk staff were still enthusiastic and efficient in helping us complete the check-in process, which made us feel very reassured after a long journey. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right near the hotel, so after checking in, we dropped off our luggage and went to buy a late-night snack, which was very convenient. The room was clean and tidy overall, and the environment was comfortable; our child slept very soundly. The hotel also provided breakfast the next morning, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy different tastes. Overall, whether it was the service, convenience, or accommodation quality, everything was satisfactory. It's a hotel worth recommending and staying at again.

Before this stay, I needed assistance with an order issue. I'm very grateful to the staff member who patiently understood the situation and actively helped resolve and communicate about it. Throughout the entire process, their attitude was very kind, professional, and empathetic, which greatly eased my initial worries. Although the order issue might not have been caused by the hotel, the staff member was still very willing to assist and tried their best to resolve it. This truly made me feel their customer-centric service spirit. I'd like to give this staff member a perfect score of 100. I hope the hotel can convey this appreciation to the frontline team. This hotel is within walking distance of Laojie River Station (A22), the last stop on the Taoyuan Airport MRT. It's also close to the Zhongli Tourist Night Market. Although the facilities are a bit old, the atmosphere was calm and the cleaning was thorough. The front desk staff spoke very clear English. Since I had an early morning flight, I booked a taxi, and the fixed fare was 700 NTD.

L'hôtel propose de nombreuses petites activités : bingo, ballons, pop-corn, ateliers de fabrication de chapeaux de pirate. Nous avons également eu la chance de tomber sur le Festival des Bateaux-Dragons, avec une activité de faire tenir des œufs debout, ce qui a beaucoup amusé les enfants. Le personnel est très enthousiaste et aimable, et anticipe les besoins des clients. Cependant, il y a quelques petits inconvénients : j'étais dans la chambre 335, et le pommeau de douche au plafond de la salle de bain gouttait, mouillant accidentellement mes vêtements. Il y a très peu de prises électriques dans la chambre, et l'une d'elles était presque détachée. Je pensais qu'il y aurait un formulaire de commentaires à remplir après le départ, mais il n'y en avait pas. Malgré tout, c'est un bon hôtel dans l'ensemble.

room is not bad but location is far from city area, would not recommend for people who wants to explore the city taoyuan area. Hotel is quite clean but do note if you book with windows you would still need to email them and let them know you want window! Walls are quite thin hence not recommended for light sleepers.

La chambre est confortable et lumineuse, le lit est grand et peut accueillir deux adultes et un enfant sans problème. La salle de bain est très propre et séparée en trois parties. La piscine semi-ouverte est à la fois aérée et ombragée, donc pas de souci d'exposition excessive au soleil en été. Les activités pour enfants sont variées, et les deux jours et une nuit ont été très enrichissants. Bien que le petit-déjeuner manque un peu de variété, cela n'enlève rien à la qualité globale. Nous aimerions y retourner la prochaine fois !

hotel location: near parks for outdoor activities or just walking. it also helps that it is near Xpark and even an outlet so you can go shopping. cleanliness: very clean and well maintained. breakfast: buffet breakfast has very good variety serving western and Asian dishes. service: satisfying and even has a room for laundry and business center. they even have a robot to bring up goods.

I really, really appreciate the room upgrade we got in this hotel. It's not only very near the TRA station but also near food places, near shopping places, and walking distance from the airport bus. The hotel ambiance is really superb, the lobby very, very spacious with lots of area to chill out or just have a nice chat. However, who needs it if the room itself is to-die for a staycation. Since our flight is at 10am and we have to catch the 7:55 bus to the airport, I woke up at 4am before check-out so that I can use the bathtub! Thanks, City Suites! I will be back because I need to explore Taoyuan area more!

L'emplacement est excellent, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité et le grand magasin n'est pas loin. Le hall a une ambiance de cybercafé. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais elle a tout ce qu'il faut, y compris deux ordinateurs. Malheureusement, de nombreux jeux ne sont pas débloqués, il faut donc trouver une solution soi-même. Le petit-déjeuner propose un plat principal spécial, ce qui est plutôt unique et bon.
