This hotel is within walking distance of Laojie River Station (A22), the last stop on the Taoyuan Airport MRT. It's also close to the Zhongli Tourist Night Market. Although the facilities are a bit old, the atmosphere was calm and the cleaning was thorough. The front desk staff spoke very clear English. Since I had an early morning flight, I booked a taxi, and the fixed fare was 700 NTD.

The staff are all very friendly! The environment is truly great for family trips! The kids had so much fun they completely lost track of time and fell right asleep as soon as we got to the room 🤣 Adults and kids alike absolutely loved the Snoopy themed room 🥰 Even the bathroom was full of surprises 🥰

Our stay this time was very satisfying. We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, and the front desk staff were still enthusiastic and efficient in helping us complete the check-in process, which made us feel very reassured after a long journey. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right near the hotel, so after checking in, we dropped off our luggage and went to buy a late-night snack, which was very convenient. The room was clean and tidy overall, and the environment was comfortable; our child slept very soundly. The hotel also provided breakfast the next morning, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy different tastes. Overall, whether it was the service, convenience, or accommodation quality, everything was satisfactory. It's a hotel worth recommending and staying at again.

It cost 200 NTD by taxi from the airport. I was pleasantly surprised by how substantial the breakfast buffet was. They had white rice and bread, and everything we ate was delicious. There was also a great selection of hot drinks, allowing us to relax and enjoy coffee or tea in the morning! It's about a 10-minute walk to Dayuan Station, from which we took the train to Taipei Station. The room comes with disposable slippers, tea bags, bottled water, and hand soap. Highly recommended!

J'ai vraiment, vraiment apprécié le surclassement de chambre que nous avons eu dans cet hôtel. Il est non seulement très proche de la gare TRA, mais aussi à proximité de restaurants, de boutiques et à distance de marche du bus de l'aéroport. L'ambiance de l'hôtel est vraiment superbe, le hall est très, très spacieux avec de nombreux espaces pour se détendre ou simplement discuter agréablement. Cependant, qui en a besoin si la chambre elle-même est à tomber pour un séjour. Comme notre vol est à 10h et que nous devons prendre le bus de 7h55 pour l'aéroport, je me suis réveillée à 4h du matin avant le départ pour pouvoir utiliser la baignoire ! Merci, City Suites ! Je reviendrai car je dois explorer davantage la région de Taoyuan !

L'hôtel propose de nombreuses petites activités : bingo, ballons, pop-corn, ateliers de fabrication de chapeaux de pirate. Nous avons également eu la chance de tomber sur le Festival des Bateaux-Dragons, avec une activité de faire tenir des œufs debout, ce qui a beaucoup amusé les enfants. Le personnel est très enthousiaste et aimable, et anticipe les besoins des clients. Cependant, il y a quelques petits inconvénients : j'étais dans la chambre 335, et le pommeau de douche au plafond de la salle de bain gouttait, mouillant accidentellement mes vêtements. Il y a très peu de prises électriques dans la chambre, et l'une d'elles était presque détachée. Je pensais qu'il y aurait un formulaire de commentaires à remplir après le départ, mais il n'y en avait pas. Malgré tout, c'est un bon hôtel dans l'ensemble.

It is close to the Taoyuan High Speed Rail station and offers a free shuttle service. During check-in, we were even upgraded to a room with two large double beds for free! Thank you to the hotel staff for their thoughtful hospitality—it allowed us, upon returning to the country, to get a very comfortable rest.

Our family of two adults and two children, including a baby, chose this room type so we could sleep separately from the person driving the next day and the baby. (Upon entering, there's a suite with a bathroom and bathtub, and next to it, a sensor-activated door leads to another room with two queen beds and a bathroom.) Both rooms have TVs, which is absolutely fantastic! You can park your car right downstairs, walk up to your room to relax, and not disturb each other. After staying here, you'll truly miss it and want to come back again! The breakfast is also delicious! There are many restaurants and convenience stores just outside the hotel. I personally found it incredibly baby-friendly and super convenient! The hotel also provides a baby bathtub and a crib (a playpen to keep the baby from crawling around), as well as purified water for making formula. I absolutely love this place; the TV sound system is even surround sound, so you can practically watch movies and binge-watch shows with the kids right in the hotel. The hotel also offers KTV room types, which I definitely want to try next time!

Hotel is very convenient, 10 mins walk from train station and near the SOGO. Many food varieties around the establishment. Staffs are very polite and foreigner friendly. Unlimited snacks and drinks are really worth it specially the breakfast.You really get what your money is worth. Internet and pc are fast (just wish for an option to change it to english) overall 10/10
