The room and environment were clean, spacious, and matched the photos well. Staff were very helpful and attentive upon arrival, always ready to assist with any requests. Communication via WhatsApp was sometimes slow, but service at the hotel itself was excellent. Breakfast was great with a good variety. The rooftop has a beautiful view, especially during hot air balloon time, although some balloons can be blocked by nearby hotels, so visibility is not always perfect. The hotel’s interior and exterior design are stunning, but the rooftop seating cushions looked quite old and affected by weather, with some visible mold. This made the rooftop feel slightly less impressive compared to the promotional photos, and maintenance could be improved. There is also a lovely hotel dog named “Mr. Pickle,” which was a very cute highlight of the stay. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk to town, and the walk down to the shops has a great atmosphere and vibe.

Tout est bon et nous avons apprécié notre séjour à l'Ottoman Cave, très facile d'accès à pied jusqu'à l'endroit ou la rue pleine de restaurants. Cependant, la porte de la chambre a besoin d'être entretenue, chaque fois nous devions essayer de passer une minute ou deux pour l'ouvrir. Tout le reste, du petit-déjeuner au lit en passant par la sécurité, nous nous sommes sentis bien, la chambre est très spacieuse !

La chambre était spacieuse mais un peu sombre. Le personnel n'était pas vraiment aimable.

We enjoyed our stay here. Their staff was really friendly and helpful. We had to check out early before breakfast time and they offered to get us some pastry early in the morning. The boss also gave a really good recommendation for dinner. They have a nice view for hot air balloons on their rooftop. Would definitely stay here if we visit Cappadocia again.

The best stay! Everything was clean, and the staff were accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfast had a warm, home-like atmosphere thanks to the kind people around. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. As a solo traveler, I preferred this hotel over other options because I felt safe and well looked after. I especially appreciated that the staff would first verify with guests before allowing tour pick-up services to collect them from the hotel, which added an extra sense of security. I would gladly stay here again. And ofcourse the Terrace overlooking is majestic. Highly recommended! ❤️❤️
