just a perfect hotel for you! 100% genuinely helping us with free shuttle arrangement, informative and super friendly staffs, great indoor and outdoor onsen experience. very recommended for family, couple, or friends’ trip! 🙏🥰merry christmas and happy holiday~

A beautiful Ryokan over 100 years old with tatami flooring and futons avaliable, including being very close to the snow monkeys, and a famous sushi restaurant called Kozushi run by an gentlemanly elderly man. A must try if ever in the area.

so so worth it!! amazing everything, such a homely vibe and staff went over the top! ski in ski out was amazing! will hopefully be back soon!

We went in peak winter (end of January 2026) and this place was lovely. Very quaint and pretty boutique hotel. Owners are very sweet and accommodating. Their in-house onsen and public bath is also very good. They even provide free shuttle service to the snow monkey park and Yudanaka station which makes travel super convenient. I loved this place and will definitely visit again given its proximity to Tokyo.

a classic ryokan in old still witch tatami rooms, friendly staff (not good in English but they tried really hard and everything worked fine) and onsen you can use thrue out the night.
