J'ai activé la carte SIM trop tôt et je ne savais pas quoi faire, heureusement qu'ils ont été rapides à répondre à toutes mes questions.
Facile à installer sur mon iPhone 15 Pro. Installez-le 1 jour avant le voyage. Activation de l'esim à l'arrivée dans le pays de destination. Connectivité rapide. J'ai acheté pour une utilisation de 15 jours avec 30 Go. Inconvénients : impossible de recharger pour des données supplémentaires... principalement pour une utilisation unique uniquement. Ce forfait ne convient qu'aux utilisateurs légers Google Maps, annuaire en ligne, appel Watsapp... pas pour les jeux, le téléchargement de photos et de films.
Optez pour l'option données illimitées, car les 2 Go ne suffisaient pas. Le signal peut parfois être perturbé, notamment dans les trains et les métros.
I activated the simcard while I was in my country and it took so long before the activating prompted finished but ended up saying activation failed. I emailed their support and got no feedback. Apparently it would automatically activate once you’re in Japan. I would probably not get this esim again since customer service wasn’t that good and there was no way of telling how much data I’ve consumed
offre intéressante mais je ne l'ai malheureusement pas utilisée. J'avais déjà une eSIM via Klook que j'ai utilisée pendant tout mon séjour au Japon

mon internet pour mon séjour de 20 jours au japon est rapide. je n'ai eu aucun problème à l'installer sur mon téléphone. hautement recommandé
Il est très pratique d'utiliser Esim au Japon. Il suffit de scanner le code-barres et c'est parti. Les données seront enregistrées lors de la connexion au Wi-Fi.
N'oubliez pas de l'utiliser dans les 3 mois suivant la réservation, et non en fonction de la date de retrait/départ, car cette fois la carte sera gaspillée.
Parfois, la vitesse d'Internet est un peu lente à Tokyo, mais la plupart du temps, elle peut être utilisée dans les zones urbaines et les banlieues de Tokyo. Le prix est raisonnable.
