Pick Up and Drop Off Information:
- For Kansai International Airport Pick-up: Please head to EasyGo counter located in T1 International Arrival Hall 1F north exit, and receive boarding ticket at the counter by exchanging with a QR voucher. A staff will then guide you to the bus boarding location
- For other locations: Please be at the pick up location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time
- No refunds will be issued for no shows and latecomers
- For 8:10am pick up service from Kansai Airport, please contact the driver to confirm your booking

Très pratique, pas besoin d'être occupé avec des gens qui doivent prendre un train, nous utilisons le bus, facile de s'y asseoir, il n'y a que quelques personnes, très pratique, recommande d'utiliser
En termes d'échange, je ne suis qu'un peu mécontent du service client, car j'ai demandé si les bagages étaient inclus, et le service client a dit non, mais il s'avère que 2 bagages peuvent être inclus.
Il est préférable de les appeler pour reconfirmer avant votre date de départ effective. Quand j'ai demandé à la réception de l'hôtel de les appeler, ils ont dit à l'hôtel qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation à mon nom. J'ai également marché jusqu'au point de prise en charge et j'ai demandé au personnel qui y travaillait, mais ils ont dit qu'ils n'avaient jamais vu de bus de prise en charge à l'aéroport devant leur magasin. J'étais 30 minutes plus tôt au point de ramassage le jour de mon départ. C'était un mini-van au lieu d'un bus. La responsable, Mme Du, a déclaré avoir déjà informé le magasin à ce sujet. Peut-être qu'ils ne s'en souviennent pas. Le chauffeur, M. Yan, était très efficace et lorsque nous avons atteint le deuxième point de ramassage, nous avons attendu 20 minutes pour le passager mais personne ne s'est présenté. Alors le chauffeur est parti. Merci encore au support de Klook, Mme Du et M. Yan.
Un jour avant le trajet en bus, le personnel du service client confirme le lieu et l'heure d'embarquement par e-mail, et informe le lieu d'attente confirmé. Le même jour, il y aura du personnel de service pour vous aider à scanner le QRcode et vous pourrez prendre la voiture jusqu'à l'aéroport ! Je recommande sincèrement ce service, vous n'avez pas besoin de monter et descendre le métro et le tram avec des gros sacs et des petits sacs, et je suis le seul à cette heure de la journée. Si vous voyagez en famille, c'est comme louer une voiture ~~👍
Pas compliqué, rapide, bon chauffeur. Juste besoin de savoir où marcher depuis l'arrêt. La voiture va loin à l'hôtel, mais en utilisant les résultats de l'enquête google map avant de voyager, alors ne perdez pas de temps, contrarié la prochaine fois viendra utiliser à nouveau le service. merci Klook
Transfert confortable et rapide ! La première fois que nous avons pris ce genre de transfert. On s'en sentait bien !
Je pensais que c'était un bus, mais je ne m'attendais pas à ce que ce soit un minibus, une voiture nolisée pour un groupe de 6 personnes. Peu de gens le savent peut-être !
