Luggage Information
- The transfer includes one bag or suitcase per passenger seat. All luggage must be declared upon booking. Smaller items that fit in the passenger footwell (e.g. laptop bag, handbag, or small shoulder bag) do not need to be declared. The passenger is liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles are required to transport excess luggage
- Each declared luggage shouldn’t exceed the following sizes: based on a maximum combined size of 62 inches or 158cm length + width + height. There’s no maximum weight restriction for this service

- Waiting Fees - Surcharges may apply after a waiting time of 30 minutes after the agreed pick up time
- Please note that these vehicles are for reference only. You will not be able to choose a specific car unit upon booking. It will be assigned to you according to availability and number of passengers sharing the transfer
- Service hours: 24 hours, daily
- Please note: The service runs rine or shine. In case of cancellations on the operator's end, the customer will be offered a full refund
- Child seats are free of charge for all vehicles. Please indicate the number of children who will be needing child seats in the space provided at checkout
- Food and drinks are not allowed for consumption inside the vehicle
- The vehicles are not accessible to disabled passengers (i.e., wheelchair users) and infants in strollers. Kindly note that they must be fold-able so they can be accommodated
- Special luggage, such as golf bags or skis, can be transported free of charge; please indicate the quantities upon check out
- Passengers are allowed to bring their pets on board. Kindly indicate if you are traveling with your pet upon check out
- The driver will wait up to 1 hour for airport pick ups. If your flight is delayed, please contact the customer service for assistance. If the other passengers are delayed more than 1 hour, you will be taken to your destination

Voyage très facile et fluide de l'aéroport à l'hôtel se sentait en sécurité en voyageant seul
Le chauffeur arrive tôt à l'hôtel pour attendre les clients, et l'attitude est très sympathique, très bonne option de navette aéroport
N'a pas été ramassé, j'ai donc pris un taxi pour l'aéroport. Je n'ai mis le point de ramassage addresa que lorsque j'ai réservé et je n'ai pas mis de temps. J'ai envoyé des messages KLOOK indiquant l'heure à laquelle je veux ramasser mais je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse. J'ai envoyé un deuxième message et je n'ai toujours pas reçu de réponse. J'ai attendu la date et l'heure mais aucune prise en charge n'est venue, j'ai donc pris un taxi à la place.
