Additional information
- According to Singapore law, all children below the height of 135cm must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their height and weight. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children
- If your child is below the height of 135cm, an additional surcharge will be collected per car seat, to be paid directly to the driver. Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" box upon checkout
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Outside service areas:
- SGD 150 Desaru, Senai Airport, Pekan Nanas, Skudai or Johor Premium Outlets
- Child seat:
- SGD 10 per seat
- Additional stops:
- SGD15 per stop
- A midnight surcharge of SGD20 applies for any transfers booked between 23:00-7:00. If your transfer schedule falls between these timings, please add on a midnight surcharge at checkout
- Please note that flight arrivals that are delayed to midnight transfer timings will incur a midnight surcharge of SGD20
- Pick up or drop off at Sentosa Island will incur a surcharge of SGD2-SGD6 per car. Please refer to the service rates for more information

Très pratique. Nous avons juste eu du mal à l'immigration car lors de notre visite, je pense que leur système était en panne et nous avons attendu quelques heures. Mais le service était bien et le chauffeur est très sympathique. Ils communiqueront via WhatsApp, alors assurez-vous de télécharger l'application.

Service parfait, il a fallu moins d'une heure depuis l'aéroport SG jusqu'à mon hôtel à JB, et je n'ai pas eu à descendre avec mes bagages pour un contrôle douanier à l'entrée en Malaisie. Fortement recommandé aux passagers avec de gros bagages et aux enfants.

Le chauffeur est venu nous chercher à l'hôtel à l'heure et le voyage a duré environ 3 heures. Il y avait beaucoup de trafic, en particulier pour l'immigration à Johor. Le trajet en lui-même était très confortable et le chauffeur était si gentil
