the best tour package since there are lots of snowfall during our time, the driver/tour guide really took care of us and also took pictures/videos of us. highly recommended for first time doing this activity, will do it again if ever we go back in sapporo.
The view of Mount Moere from within the park was a picturesque backdrop. The snow-capped mountain added a serene and majestic touch to the overall landscape, enhancing the sense of tranquility.

10/10 je le recommande !! c'est idéal pour les débutants dans la rue à Sapporo et pour la plupart des activités hivernales. Moerenuma est un peu difficile d'accès en navette/par soi-même, donc avoir l'instructeur à proximité est d'une grande aide !!👍🏼 HIRO EST MERVEILLEUX ! Il nous a appris les différents types d'empreintes dans la neige et a pris nos photos. Il a été très patient avec nous. N'oubliez pas d'apporter vos lunettes de soleil et de porter beaucoup de crème solaire sur votre visage lorsque vous faites cela. J'ai vraiment apprécié cette activité!

Mr Hiro and company were very accomodating. My daughter and I enjoyed a lot in the park while snowshoeing. They capture videos and pictures like a pro. We highly recommend this activity if you are planning a trip to Sapporo during winter.
活動前一天聯繫Klook客服人員，詢問活動當天集合時間、地點以及導遊聯絡方式，確認集合時間、地點後，Klook說供應商會發email聯繫我，而我卻一直沒有收到，詢問了一下午還是一無所獲，隔天早上提早15分鐘到指定地點等待，還到處詢問路過的人，前前後後花了30分鐘的時間，確定自己被放鳥了⋯⋯ 還好Klook有退款，但僅有退款不免讓人感覺誠意不足，畢竟我們也花了很多時間詢問、等待，行李中也針對滑雪行程準備相關物品，這部份卻必須自行吸收，不免讓人覺得不近人情

Nous avons passé un très bon moment à faire de la raquette pour la première fois. Le parc Moerenuma était merveilleux à explorer dans la neige et notre guide Jiro a pris de superbes photos dans notre groupe de 6. Le transport vers et depuis l'hôtel était très pratique. Très amusant et idéal pour les débutants.

c'est un super endroit où aller avec votre famille ou vos amis. Ce serait mieux si le guide apportait du café ou du thé dans un gobelet chaud, afin que nous puissions le prendre au milieu du parc ou entre les sapins de Noël avec la neige
