- Step 1: Collect your luggage at airport luggage claim
- Step 2: Exit the baggage claim to the outside curb of your arriving terminal (If you're at Terminal 3, 4, 7 and International Terminal, please turn left. If you're at Terminal 1, 2, 5 & 6, please turn right)
- Step 3: Present the voucher to a uniformed Customer Service Representative at the loading zone for transfer assistance and instructions
