Mengyang Fresh House Mongolian Music Restaurant is the first restaurant in Shenzhen that allows consumers to fully experience the Mongolian culture from the perspectives of vision, hearing, taste and touch. The dishes are mainly traditional shabu-shabu mutton, supplemented by roasted whole lamb, roasted lamb chops, paper-skin mutton steamed buns, beef crisps, milk skin yogurt and other grassland specialties. You can watch the original ecological performances such as Humming (intangible cultural heritage) and horse-head fiddle performance (intangible cultural heritage) at 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00 every night in the restaurant, and feel the charm of Mongolian culture up close.

Ambiance du restaurant : L'environnement est assez neuf, juste à côté du parc pour enfants. Service : Les serveurs sont également assez enthousiastes. Expérience : Il semble que le menu ne corresponde pas tout à fait, mais le restaurant a aidé à résoudre le problème. Goût des plats : La plupart des plats à base de viande ont un goût moyen, mais le yaourt est bon. Prix : Les prix sont un peu chers.
Le restaurant est assez grand, la décoration a un style mongol, il y a de la musique le soir, ce qui est plutôt agréable, les plats sont aussi bons et savoureux, l'expérience est formidable.
Pour le déjeuner, j'ai demandé sur place non pas une table près de la fenêtre, mais une alcôve semi-circulaire ouverte, pratique pour prendre des photos. L'employé a accepté ma demande et a aidé à prendre des photos, c'est très bien. Le repas pour 4 personnes était très copieux, et même une table près de la fenêtre ou un box pour 4 personnes n'aurait pas pu contenir autant de nourriture. Les ingrédients étaient tous très bons, le yaourt était délicieux, globalement c'est à recommander !
