All you have to do is choose between the same day and night storage, select the drop off and pick up time, and then claim your luggage at the airport or at your accommodations after 4:00pm. You can even choose to have the courier get your luggage before 12:00pm and then you can pick it up at the airport after 9:00am the next day. It's a safe and efficient process that extends your time exploring the city

- For luggage deliveries to/from Airbnbs, your luggage will be personally collected and delivered on site by the delivery staff
- For luggage delivery to and from the hotel, your luggage will be collected and delivered by the hotel concierge
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Baggage collection and delivery are handled by hand, and face to face
- For luggage delivery to the airport, the pick up time must be at least 2 hours prior to your departure time. The cost incurred due to insufficient time for luggage pick up will be shouldered by the customer
- Please take photos of the luggage you will have delivered and send the photo to the courier. You will be provided with the courier's contact information

Tellement pratique ! Je suis arrivé par la porte la nuit précédente et le personnel était très prévenant et m'a guidé vers le lieu de rendez-vous. Je pouvais récupérer mes bagages à l'aéroport ou à l'hôtel le jour même et je pouvais facilement me promener au milieu. Quand j'ai vu d'autres touristes marcher sur la route en pierre avec des valises sur le site touristique, j'ai senti que je l'avais bien acheté!
Le service client répond rapidement. C'est la première fois que je l'utilise. Je suis très satisfait et pratique. Le personnel de service a également livré les bagages à temps et a soigneusement essuyé les bagages. Merci beaucoup.
Très fiable, le personnel était très gentil et est arrivé plus tôt que prévu. J'avais un emploi du temps serré pour quitter Macao après un concert, donc cela m'a beaucoup aidé. J'utiliserais à nouveau ce service à l'avenir!
À l'inverse, imaginez combien d'employés envoient des e-mails (Lance, Franklin, Po, Vanessa, Joey, Cynthia, Juvilyn) à un service où un employé récupère les bagages à l'hôtel et conduit une moto depuis le hall de départ de l'aéroport. N'aurais-je pas dû vous informer à l'avance où trouver l'article au moment où tant de personnes demandaient le numéro de stockage de mes bagages ? Même les travailleurs de l'information dans les aéroports n'ont aucune idée d'où se trouve ce service ni de quoi il s'agit. Veuillez donc indiquer sur l'avis de service qu'un agent viendra vous chercher et vous attendra au 2ème étage (hors aéroport) des départs. Comme je le pense toujours, les conseils de Klook sur les endroits spécifiques pour utiliser les services ont vraiment besoin de beaucoup d'améliorations.

Pratique, mais si quelqu'un utilise le service pour la première fois, il aura peur que le sac vienne le chercher, n'est-ce pas ? Et où sera-t-il livré ? qui dispose d'un service de chat en ligne, joignable à tout moment Il est pratique de se promener avant de reprendre l'avion.
C'est vraiment pratique que vous n'ayez pas à apporter vos bagages avec vous le dernier jour. A l'origine, le comptoir de l'hôtel ne vous permettait pas de les stocker. Plus tard, j'ai demandé au chauffeur de m'aider à coordonner. Le service est très bon👍

J'ai réservé pour récupérer le colis à l'aéroport à 5 h 30, mais je ne suis pas arrivé à l'hôtel pour le récupérer avant presque 5 h 00. J'étais tellement inquiet que je n'ai pas osé quitter l'hôtel et je suis resté dans le hall pour attendre ~ Quand le chauffeur est arrivé, il s'est excusé, et même nos gens ont été livrés ensemble à l'aéroport.
