Le service de cet hôtel cinq étoiles est excellent ; c'est, pour l'instant, l'hôtel où j'ai séjourné à Shenzhen qui offre le meilleur service. Le petit déjeuner est également bon, mais les chambres sont ordinaires et sans surprise, sauf que la vue est dégagée. L'hôtel a également offert des fraises américaines à longue queue et des collations, ce qui est louable.
