Once you arrive at the airport, you'll be greeted by a friendly and professional staff member holding a Klook sign, who will take you through the formalities of the airport, including the immigration area. If you've got a long wait for your connecting flight, or simply just want to be at the airport early for your departure flight, you can also upgrade and pay extra to get access to the lounge, which provides comfortable seating, unlimited WiFi, various refreshments, a library, showers, and even a play area for kids!

The operator reserves the right to refuse service to people not allowed entry to the country as mandated by Thailand law. No refunds will be issued

La société a annulé le service en invoquant une raison policière ... ce qui n'était pas vrai . Cela a été fait juste avant que j'atterrisse en Thaïlande me mettant en plus difficile .... terrible ! En attente de remboursement ... ne jamais utiliser le rythme

Très bon service à acheter Seul petit bémol, le lieu de prise en charge a été changé à la dernière minute
Si je pouvais lui donner zéro étoile, je le ferais. Ils ne se sont jamais présentés. Nous nous sommes assis à attendre à la porte des arrivées comme on nous avait demandé de le faire après un vol de 22 heures. Nous n'avons vu personne de Klook. Ne réservez pas par eux !!!!!
