Le chauffeur était très bon et nous a recommandé tous les endroits que nous pourrions visiter à Osaka en une journée. Il restait encore du temps. Le chauffeur a très bien conduit et a pu changer le lieu de prise en charge devant Duamaru car nous ne pouvions pas retourner à Donton à pied. Et je suis allé manger de la viande grillée comme prévu et je suis revenu à l'hôtel à l'heure sans avoir à payer de supplément. Merci beaucoup. Je recommande ce pilote. Ce voyage a été très impressionnant.
chauffeur super serviable. il nous a contactés pour organiser à l'avance le voyage et l'itinéraire en anglais. le chauffeur parlait un anglais limité mais nous pouvons bien communiquer avec mon chinois limité et grâce à Google Translate. il a proposé des attractions alternatives lorsque l'une de celles que nous avions choisies était fermée en raison d'une capacité et d'un temps excédentaires. dans l'ensemble, je recommande de réserver via klook.

Le chauffeur ne parle pas anglais. La communication est un peu difficile. Mais il est très réactif et serviable. Il est également disposé à accéder à nos demandes. Dans l'ensemble, une très bonne expérience.
La conductrice, Mme Ma, était très polie, est venue vous chercher à l'heure et la communication était idéale. L'itinéraire de cette journée comprenait Nara et Kyoto. La conductrice, Mme Ma, nous a rappelé à l’avance de bien gérer le temps. Le service a duré 10 heures, mais nous avons dû payer un supplément pour une heure supplémentaire.

Our driver Tahara was very pleasant and helpful even if his English was limited. Great driving skills too! They had an initial itinerary prepared but they are flexible to include the places we want to go to. Our van was very clean as well
We booked this for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids Route was Osaka-Nara-Kyoto-Osaka. It is highly recommended to book a chartered car especially if traveling with kids as it saves a lot of time and it is hassle free. Good thing that we have chinese-speaking friend who can talk to the driver as the driver doesn't speak english. Overall this is worth the buck and we could have spent the same cost had we rode the trains.

- 10-seater vehicle: Toyota Hiace or equivalent, if child seats are not used, it can carry up to 9 passengers (including children) + 2 standard luggage
Luggage Details
- Standard luggage size: 36 cm x 25 cm x 53 cm, large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces. If the maximum number of people or luggage capacity is exceeded, the cost of not being able to ride will be borne by the guest.

- The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours, and the start or end time is 8 hours at a different location; the service time is 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions (if you use the car after 22:00, you need to pay an additional JPY5000 night service fee);
- If it exceeds 10 hours, you need to pay the driver an overtime fee of JPY5000 per hour for vehicles with less than 10 seats and JPY10000 per hour for vehicles with more than 14 seats;
- The departure time can be based on the needs of passengers Please note: the driver can only speak Chinese or Japanese, or use translation software to communicate in English;
- Children and infants also occupy seats, and child safety seats occupy about 1.5 adult seats. The supplier can provide up to 1 child safety seat. If you need to use it, please pay for the child seat fee when booking
- The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at the latest 3 hours before use), please pay attention
